AI and Humanity: How Work Is Quietly Changing

Over the past few months, I’ve found myself thinking a lot about how AI is slowly slipping into everything we do. It started as a small conversation here and there, but now it feels like every corner of the world is talking about Artificial Intelligence. Some people talk about it with excitement, others with fear, and many of us are just trying to understand what it really means for the future of work. One thing I’ve realised is that AI is not some enemy coming to fight humanity. That's how I see it.  It is more like a new assistant that has joined the workplace. It doesn’t take away “people” . It takes away the boring and the difficult parts of work. The long hours spent typing, arranging, correcting, and repeating the same task over and over again… that’s the space where AI is slowly doing the heavy lifting. And honestly, who really enjoys those tasks? Nobody does! But this doesn’t mean work itself is disappearing. Work is simply changing shape. In the same way computers change...
